Circuit Training by Rachel Demicoli – GET LEAN AND BOOST YOUR ENDURANCE

If your aim is to get lean and boost your endurance, circuit training with Rachel are ideal for you! The circuits provided consist of structured patterns of work and rest periods to get a desired result from the body. Workouts are based on your desired goals and your level of fitness.

Workouts consist of a variety of body conditioning or resistance training using High-intensity Aerobics, Body Weight exercises, Calisthenics, High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), Isometric Exercises and Stretching. It targets strength building and muscular endurance.

Exercises are demonstrated and observed during execution to ensure good form and prevention of injury.
